Wilson Y Barracudas

Welcome to the Wilson Family Y Barracuda Swim Team! We are excited for 2021 Summer League Season. The Wilson Family Y is committed to offering teams sports and wellness opportunities to everyone in our community. Our swim team continues this commitment to the community. We want everyone to have the possibility to experience being a member of a competitive swim team!

We are a small close knit team. Our swimmers range from 7-18 years old. We welcome swimmers as young as 5 to join the Barracudas. 

To customize the colors of this website and/or incorporate an image as your background, go to Manage Site > Edit Navigation > Site Settings. When you scroll down, you'll see a place to put in your primary and secondary colors. If you select two colors there, all other color variations will be derived from those colors. You can also choose to see more detail and get specific if you prefer. See our Help Center article:  Customizing your site’s appearance.

We've created each page of this template as a guide; however, most of these pages can be deleted, hidden, moved, or renamed. If you do rename pages, you will likely want to change the URL Path (Manage Site >  Edit Navigation > click on "Properties" next to the name of the page). "Properties" is also where you'll delete or hide pages, by clicking the "Destroy" link or by checking the box "Hide from navigation." Hiding pages can be handy if you'd like to view them later, but don't want them visible in your navigation for now. To move pages around in your navigation simply drag and drop them somewhere else on the "Edit Navigation" page.

Note that every "Top Level" navigation heading on this site has its own page (Home, About, etc.). Be sure to edit or remove the content in each page as you create your own content.

Special Pages

If, on the "Edit Navigation" page (Manage Team >  Website gets you to the same page), you see a cog next to the name of the page, that page should not be deleted or repurposed, although it can be renamed, moved or "hidden". Those pages have specific functions tied to them, and the URL paths cannot be altered. 

This content can be easily edited and deleted as you create your own content: go to Manage Site > Edit Page Content and click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner of each snippet.
